Is there anyway to do a search without having to use the fields in the Gallery?
I have a data collection within CDS for Teams using PowerApps for Teams to search it. I want to be able to search any field from one Search box. The results automatically come up like when using the Gallery search based on any and all fields match what I type in.

The Search function has the advantage of being delegable, and does full-text searching of the fields you add in as parameters (text only, though). It only requires an input (text, from maybe a Text Input), and outputs a table of records. It is independent from the controls in the Gallery - meaning you can show just one field in the gallery (to help see the row), but search against whatever else you need.

Search and Filter are both used with tables, and return a table of records.
Lookup can be used against a table, and will return a single record.

I will keep digging. I have tried those functions but they all only see to work against my Gallery. I will keep digging.
So, why is this not working? It is Powerapps in teams, using a Data table preview, (part-masters), is the name of the table, with a simple search
The darkly outlined part of the formula is the issue.
Search can only work against text fields. What data type is that column?
