Create user from sharepoint list

Hello,

I ask you for a little info:

I am creating a set of flows that will allow me to automatically manage user creation on AD and Azure.

I created a list on sharepoint where I uploaded some user-id data to be created. With azure I can safely run the process, but when I activate the PowerAutomateDesktop process I would not know how to pass the info.

Could you guys help me with this?

How exactly are you running the Power Automate Desktop flow? Do you start it from a cloud flow?

Also, what kind of information do you need to pass to it?

yes, I start power automate desktop flow from a flow cloud

i passed only this information "Name, Surname, email"
in a second pass I would like to pass more information to him but that is at a later time.

You need to add Input variables to your desktop flow. When you have that, you will be able to pass on the values from a cloud flow to a desktop flow. See here on how to add it: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/desktop-flows/manage-variables#input-and-output-variables

Hi @Franga

For Ad creation you might use Active Directory actions available in PAD

If you want to Pass any information then you can choose variables in right side of the PAD
