How to prepare the excel file(consists of column action, date , time, status) that show status of action i.e monitoring the action used in flow and its other details?

I need to get the details of action I used in flow in Power automate desktop and write on excel file like what type I used, the date and time, status (succeed or failed).
From cloud u cant take logs, manually you need to create u need to add it into list everywhere for every imp action and finally u need to put on excel file.
This is how we can able to create logs.
