Condition for three or more values in one column

Hey everyone!

I would like to get help for solving one issue of mine. I created via PowerApps canvas, where people can apply access to dashboards. Certain dashboards has multi optional column, where they pick for which agencies they want to see data, problem is I want to make a condition, where for certain amount of agencies (3 or more), email is being send to one person and if it's 1 or 2 agencies, email is being send to another person. So far I've tried this (via picture). Simply creating condition, where there is combination of agencies, which user can pick. My question is, if there is any easier way? If user tries to apply for data only from two agencies, let's send email for request to person A and if user wants data for three or more agencies, let's send email to person B. I wanted to try use function contain, but not sure how it's gonna behave since I'm combining text with numbers. Or unlucky me and there is no way how to solve this. Thanks for any hints!

    @Jasa2

    Hey there.  Are the agency choices all stored in that single variable?  (presuming it's an array, ya?)

    If so, you can use the length() function to determine how many items are in the collection.  Then set a condition on the output of that function that says if it's greater than 3, go down this path, otherwise go down the other.

    Hope that helps.

    I believe I've tried array and it didn't work the way I wanted. I'll try test it with array setup, if that's gonna help and let You know! (or if You already know that, it won't, I guess I have to try find another way or keep what I have 🙂 )

    Converting the variable to an array will probably be ideal...but you'll want to look up the proper formatting so that everything else looks good.  Check out this article by @manueltgomes  for more information:

    Hey @edgonzales,

    I tried Your recommendation with Array variable and it works perfectly!

    I should be able to reach same result with string, but than I would have to make a comma or space between values, this style is less complicated, so thank You very much for help!!
