shared application request email include a wrong environment address

I move my application from sandbox environment to production environment. In email, I inform of this application's address link in production environment to all, I already given access permission to all people in production environment in advance. but user said to me, they can't access it. I received email of access request to shared application. I found there was a wrong environment address including this application request link in this email which put this shared application under in sandbox environment. But user could access shared application normally once I authorized a user in sandbox environment.

Based on the issue that you mentioned, do you mean that your shared app link is wrong for it is a link pointed to the previous Sandbox environment.
Could you please share a bit more about the scenario, which environment do you operate in when you click the share button?
I have a test on my side and everything works fine.
In my scenario, I import my app as a package and create it as a new app into the Production environment. And then I toggle the environment to the Production and upload my package file.
Finally I share the app in the Production environment.
Please check your step to see if there is something wrong.
