Unable to select a pdf file from multiple pdfs files from a folder to automate.

I am automating a process where my bot enters a username and password and clicks on invoices update button and searches for the vendors name and an excel sheet is opened and then the bot needs to select a pdf attachment which was downloaded in the beginning from a list of pdfs present. But here iam unable to do so as I am new to PAD

If it was downloaded within this flow, you should have the file path available to you. So, use that. Alternatively, use Get files in folder to get the files and apply sorting by creation date to get the latest file first. You can also add file name filters in the action.

If you shared some screenshots of your flow, I might be able to be a bit more specific.

Instead of clicking on the file, type in the file name (or even the full path to the file) into the file name field using the Populate text field in window action.
