Flow that will send a reminder email

I have a flow that stopped working a few months ago and I have not been able to resolve the issue. The flow was designed to look at a SharePoint List field for the value of "Reviewed" along with the current date being 3 days greater than the last modified date. Is it possible for someone to send me a flow that would perform this function. below is what was originally working but no longer works. The yes condition to send the email is never met. Note: I took out the date condition to simplify the flow but it still doesn't work.

If the Status field is a Choice column then your condition should be checking against Status Value, not Status.

The Status Value seemed to help. So, in the case of the Reviewer which is an email lookup field is this the correct field to be checking?

It seems that my conditional check on the Reviewer is not working. How do I check for a blank value?
    Thanks

is an object you need to check whether its empty, not null. To do that put the Reviewer dynamic content inside an Empty() function where you have Reviewer now and check to see if that is false.  If it is then the reviewer isn't nulll.
