Service Unavailable for flow

I am using when an email is flagged (V3) as a trigger and built a flow . However , the flow checker said my flow has an error : 

ServiceUnavailable; Reason: Mailbox move in progress. Try again later., Cross Server access is not allowed for mailbox [xxxxx].
 
 
Do you know what is the problem ? Is it a problem from my side ?

    Hi,
     
    I did a quick online search and it looks like this is a frequent issue: I saw many threads, but no clear solution for it.
     
    My recommendation:
    - First, if you are working with a shared mailbox, make sure that you have permissions to access it.
    - If you are using the Power Automate new designer, disable it and try to save your flow. 
    - Try to use different versions of the trigger, such as V2 or V4.
    - If none of the steps above work, please share an image of your trigger configuration.
