I cant find my desktop flows in power automate server

Hi there

I am new in PA. I am using the Desktop version in my Microsoft exchange account belonging to the University of Nottingham Malaysia campus. I created some desktop flows on my laptop, but when I visited the power automate server to share some flows with others, I could not find any desktop flows listed there.

How to solve this problem?

Please help.

Make sure you are logged in using the same Micrsoft 365 account when in Power Automate. Is your Exchange hosted in an on-premises Exchange server? if it is then its not the same account. If you are using the same account then the desktop flows should be listed in the Desktop Flows tab under MyFlows. If its not the same account you'll have to export them from your desktop and import them into the cloud account.

Hi, thank you ver much. But how can I export flows as the is no export option. Similarly how to import on PA website?

I looked more closely at the process and your only real choice is to do the following.

1) Open the PAD desktop using the old email

2) Edit a Desktop flow

3) On the Edit menu do a Select All and then a Copy - That will put the flow definition in your clipboard

4) Logout and log back in with your M365 account

5) Create a new Desktop Flow and Past the clipboard into the flow

6) Save the flow. It should now show in the cloud when logged in with your M365 account

Do those steps for each flow.

Hey Fazlul,

Right now there is no export / import flows functionality in PAD, but we are discussing it internaly to add this.
For now follow Pstork1's advice but keep in mind that this will not transfer any captured images, just the actions, so depending on your implementation, you might need to do some troubleshooting.

Also, you can paste all actions in a text file, stored as a backup or intermediary until you log to other account.
Be sure to not forget subflows to. One file for each subflow.
