ReportHi everyone, I am having issues with my flow that sends multiple emails when triggered.
I created a flow such that when I change a column value(drop down list) to ‘assigned’, it should trigger and send a mail and update another column in the list ‘email sent’.
I have tried the following actions in my flow:
1. When an item is modified
2. Get changes from item
3. Conditon(If ‘status value’ equals to ‘assigned’)
• Yes(Send a mail V2)
• (Update item)
I also tried using initialize variable and compose action in between my flow but didn’t work.
I used terminate action to stop the multiple mails after the first trigger, it worked but only once and trigger became inactive.
I used as well do until action so that it sends only 1 email but it bypassed the loop and sent the multiple emails.
Please kindly assist me as this is an in office project work. Thank you.
