Save attachment to specific User/Column in Sharepoint

Hi everyone,

I'm trying attach a set of pictures to a specific user over the title column which is in my case the email adress.
In general I was using the patch funtion with a filter to update data using the title/email column as the anker point.
But I'm kinda lost with attaching pictures. A Hyperlink or similar would be enough too.

Thanks! 🙂

    To attach files in SharePoint, use Power Automate. Here goes some links:

    Add attachments to SharePoint lists | Microsoft Power Apps

    Shane Young's Video: (1656) Power Apps Attachments for SharePoint - Files, Images, and Signatures - YouTube

    Reza Dorrani's Video: (1656) Power Apps Save Pictures to SharePoint - Camera Control Tutorial - YouTube

    This flow is from a project:

    For images, you will send in base64 format to Power Automate, that's why I'm using the base64ToBinary function to decode the sent image.

    Hi,

    If you want to save it as an item attachement you can use a form and update the item using the form.updates like that:

    Patch(
     <Sharepoint list>,
     <Record>,
     <form_control>.Updates
    )

    @LuizVicentethanks a lot for the reply, I think and hope there is an easier more practical way for me. I'd like it to be Powerapps only, without going over to power automate.

    Hi@victorcp any idea how I can insert that into my current function?b

    Patch(
     'AD Daten';
     First(Filter('AD Daten'; Title = txtEmailFührerscheinnummer.Text));
     {
     Title: txtEmailFührerscheinnummer.Text;
     Führerscheinnummer: txtFührerscheinnummer.Text
     }
    );;
    Reset(txtEmailFührerscheinnummer);;
    Reset(txtFührerscheinnummer);;

    Navigate(Erfolgreich)

    Rename <form> with your form name, and give it a try

    Patch(
     'AD Daten';
     First(Filter('AD Daten'; Title = txtEmailFührerscheinnummer.Text));
     <form>.Updates;
     {
     Title: txtEmailFührerscheinnummer.Text;
     Führerscheinnummer: txtFührerscheinnummer.Text
     }
    );;
    Reset(txtEmailFührerscheinnummer);;
    Reset(txtFührerscheinnummer);;

    Navigate(Erfolgreich)

    Yes its enabled. And I even tried out the simpler function, the one you proposed. And that didn't work either.. that's strange

    Patch('AD Daten';First('AD Daten');Form4.Updates)
