Hi @Mopadi ,
I'm thinking about this -
1. You can add one colun in sharepoint list called 'Review Status' or 'Edit Status'. this will not appear for users, only for manager and the choice will be "Opened (default when created any new item), Locked"
2. Assuming that you are using edit icon in PowerApps to edit the record, so you can control its visibility according to Status.
If Status = Opened -> Edit icon is visible to user who created that item
Status = Locked -> Edit icon is not visible to user who created that item
This status feild only appear for managers so they can change from Opened to Locked and vice versa.
Example -
When I submit a form, its default status is opened and I can modify anything in that using edit icon. It goes to manager then manager click on edit, review it and if everything's good then he mark the status as 'Locked' and as we are controlling icon visibility based on status, it should work fine as expected
Note -
Control icon visibility for user only because maybe there are some chances that manager change status from Locked to Opne in case some addional data required in future. this is just my assumption
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks 😀
