Currently have a collection of 5 items.
Add a blank horizontal Gallery control to a Container, Container height is set to 100
Set the Gallery WrapCount to CountRows(colName)
Set Gallery templateSize to Parent.Height
Add a label to the Gallery Template
Now all 5 labels are scrunched into a column instead of spanning out horizontally as you would expect.
This is happening in two completely separate tenants at the moment.
Never mind, this is resolved.
