Send an HTTP request to sharepoint: distingush between oneNote files and folder

I am trying to use $filter=FSObjType eq 1 to filter out folders only in my SharePoint. However, oneNote files are also considered as folder, which the get request returns both folders and oneNote files, and oneNotes recycle bin.....

I have tried the following fields but all of them share the same value between folders and oneNote files.

1. FileSystemObjectType = 1

2. ContentTypeId = (same id)

3. File_x0020_Type = null

My current Uri:

_api/Web/Lists/GetByTitle('<List>')/Items?$select=*&$filter=FSObjType eq 1

I would like to ask is there some fields or properties I can use to seaprate them? Thanks a lot
