412 Failure in API Call

I have a flow that takes a file dumped into Sharepoint and uploads it to our CRM. There is a duplicate rule in the CRM that won't allow duplicates to be created and I have the correct header in the call to respect the rule. I know there will be failures and I'm okay with that; I want those failures to occur. What's the best way to handle this in PA? I'm not able to add any actions after the POST since the majority of the records fail. Any ideas?
