I have created a manual Approval FLOW with four Approvers in a series. Each approver downloads document from the SP library, reviews, e-signs, uploads it back to the SP library and then clicks Approve or Reject in the Approval email notification that he/she received from the FLOW. With update file step, the status changes and next person receives the Approval notification. If document is not downloaded and Approver simply clicks the Approve button in the Approval email notification, the FLOW works perfectly. However, as soon as the document is downloaded, signed and uploaded back to the library, the Approval status in the SP library does not change not it moves to the next Approver for further action.
Users/Approvers have Contribute permissions to the Library and SP site.
Not sure what I can do to fix this issue. Any suggestion is appreciated . IT Testing went well. This is happening in UAT. Thus, your urgent support would definitely help.
