PowerApps form not opening from Sharepoint List

Hi,

We have an issue in our PowerApps from yesteday . We have a sharepoint list and we are using a PowerApp form in the list. Now, when we clicked "New" button , PowerApps form is not opening.

I have tried republishing the app , but that dosent work .

Hi @Yama_Vin ,

Is this issue only happening when clicking on New? Will the form correctly open when selecting editing an item or viewing an item?

Please customize the Form in PowerApps, and check if the OnNew property of the SharePoint Integration control is set to:

NewForm(SharePointForm1)

Hi, We tried this before , but no luck. App worked for sometimes and then it stopped working.

I've problem Personaliced PowerApps form from Sharepoint list do not open on New or Edit click. Checked OnEdit an OnEdit event on SharePointIntegration control and everything its ok, but the form do not open. On the list if change to Classic View, the the form opens when click new element button, but on modern view do not work. Any idea?

Was anyone able to solve this? I have the same issue. It works on classic mode but not modern.

Same issue here. I created custom forms on a trial list yesterday morning and everything was working fine after Saving and Publishing from Powerapps - I could open any of the custom forms for New, Edit, View. In the afternoon, I set up the same thing all over again for my "go-live" list. Everything was ok when setting up the 3 custom forms in PowerApps. When I tried loading the forms in my Sharepoint list I got a strange "Sign in to start using PowerApps" notification. Same problem persists today. Nothing happens when I click "Sign In" and I can therefore not use any of my lists. This is the case both in Chrome and Explorer. It is now the case for both my "trial" and "go-live" form. Despite that, I can still sign in to PowerApps and Customise my forms otherwise... Same issues occur when another colleague tries to launch the forms.

My experience with Sharepoint so far has been a disappointment. Clunky functionality and fundamental bugs that make implementation impossible. Would appreciate any help on the root cause of this issue.

Just to add to my post above, same as other users have mentioned, the forms load up when using Sharepoint Classic. However, the "Edit" and "View" forms are hidden under a ribbon which makes it hard for users to find and use them. The option of using Sharepoint Classic is not viable either.

Similar issue for me, but if I wait approximately 10 min after "Publishing' the forms in PowerApps, the ability to access the forms from the SharePoint list comes back. This behavior started today. I made over 10 versions of the form before and never encountered this issue.

After a lot of running around with this one, I am most confident that this is a third party cookie issue. If your work browser settings block third party cookies, customised forms from PowerApps break down. I have tried accessing the forms through my personal phone and they work fine. (Good luck getting your company to change 3rd party cookie settings for you and your users...)

According to our IT, "Sharepoint Classic" works in a different way, not requiring the use of 3rd party cookies. Hence the forms still load up there.
