Error from token exchange: Runtime call was blocked because connection has error status: Enabled| Error, and office365 is in the block list. Connection errors: [ParameterName: Token, Error: Code: Unauthorized, Message: 'Failed to refresh access token for service: aadcertificate. Correlation Id=1f564689-90f0-4ab5-be00-66de24dae2e9, UTC TimeStamp=11/5/2025 1:52:13 AM, Error: Failed to acquire token from AAD: {"error":"invalid_grant","error_description":"AADSTS700082: The refresh token has expired due to inactivity. Hi @GW-05110201-0

AADSTS700082: The refresh token has expired due to inactivity.

Your connection (Office 365 / Microsoft 365 Outlook / Teams) of your Power Automate flow hasn’t been used for 90 days, so Azure AD expired its refresh token (as the error message says).

I would try to reconnect or fix connections under "Connections” in the left-hand menu.
