Getting fields from a MS Form to go into a specific page in One Note

I am looking to automate a flow - I want to have a simple MS Form that my team complete - probably only 3 fields - location, date and information.

I'd then like it to push that information to a specific One Note that would have tabs by location and then on a specified page I'd like the date and information to be posted there.

Then I want it to email me it has been done.

I can get the link from the form to a specific one note and page but I can't figure out how to get the data out of the form, onto the specific page and ideally based on the location selected.

Any help appreciated.

Thank you

You can use get sections activity to get the sections and then filter the output based on section name that is location...else use loop and inside use if condition on location and if found we will have section url etc which can be used in further activities

    Thank you @Anil_g

I am still very new to Power Autuomate- steep learning curve - will try to figure out what you've put above at some point in the next couple of weeks when time allows, and then come back if I'm still stuck.

    Thanks

    For a little help...

    1. Activity 1 - Get Sections

    2. In next activity when you click dynamic content you will see above screenshot values to use

    Happy Learning

    cheers
