Populating Form Fields From a Collection Based on the Selected Item in a Dropdown Menu

I am building a canvas app and my dropdown includes a list of client names populated from a collection, colCollFormResponsesAll.  The collection is populated from a SP List data source that contains a list of responses to questions. The left-hand image shows how the Client Name is populated from the collection.  You can also see I could populate the dropdown with the Title field (right-hand image) or any field in the collection.  So using the olCollFormResponsesAll.ClientName works great to populate the dropdown.

What I need help with is how to set the form's Item property such that I can populate the form fields per the selected Client's Title field which is the unique ID.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    You simply need to lookup your list (where the collection is sourced from)

    LookUp(
     ListName,
     Title = DropDownName.Selected.Title
    )

    This happens sometimes right after I post, I find the solution.  In this case I set the form's Item property to:

    LookUp( colCollFormResponsesAll, ClientName = DDSelectClientForm.SelectedText.Value )

    @WarrenBelz - We just posted seconds apart lol. After plugging in all the values, your solution works as well, so thanks so much for your response!

    LookUp( colCollFormResponsesAll, ClientName = DDSelectClientForm.Selected.ClientName )
