Virtual table based on a shared connection

Hello everyone,

 

I created a connection to SQL using SQL Server Authentication and shared this connection with a colleague, granting them use and share privileges. While I am able to create a virtual table using this connection, my colleague is unable to do so. Is there a privilege that I might have missed?
