Hello,

I am trying to update the ~70 tasks i have in planned from an excel file. Howeve, I only want to update taks swith a red label. When I add this condition to the flow, it updates all the tasks and ignores the condition. Any clue why?

    Hi @polywantacracke ,

Could you please explain a bit more of your scenario? Cause I could not really understand the logic of your end.

Generally speaking, we shall not update each task based on each row of a table otherwise on your end each task will update multiple times according to the amount of table entries.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks for your answer.

I have an excel sheet with 70 rows that updates every week, and I want to update my tasks in planner based on this table. However, I want to update only some of the tasks (by label), but I do end up updating each task many times. Is the "get a row" function better for this?

    Hi @polywantacracke ,

It depends, basically we will update a task with a specific row of the excel table so get a row of excel table could be the proper action. But on your end you mentioned that you need to update tasks based on all the 70 rows which makes me confused. Maybe you could explain your scenario with more details.

    Hope this helps.
