In Dataverse, you have to create a custom security role that allows users to see only the data they have created in the related Dataverse tables.
Go to Settings > Security > Security Roles.
Click New to create a new security role
For the entities related to your app, you can set the Read permission to User level.
Save and close the security role.
Assign this security role to the external users after you share the app with them.
