unable to search data in two separete galeries

Hello,

i am using two separate galleries in two separetes lists which both have they own sharepoint tables.

Title on both of them is the same, basically second table have the source the table one on this title.

S what i want to do is:

I have a button in gallery 1 and with this i would like to compare if Title is appearing in both galeries, if yes - create new form,Navigate(edit_form) if not or is blank navigate(detail_screen), with one row in second gallery it works, once when you add more rows it takes only the one which is selected. So no matter have many of rows i will have in gallery1 it still takes the one which is selected in gallery2. Same issue is with label.

My goal it to compare all items in gallery2 to be able to avoid duplicate results

If(LookUp(Udrzba,nazov=ThisItem.Nazov,nazov) =ThisItem.Nazov,

Navigate(detailScreen_udrzba),NewForm(Form1),Navigate(editscreen_udrzba))

    Hi @11playto16 ,

    I'm not clear what you need to do, either change names to something or bulk edit?

    But Form will always represent single record. So when you use Gallery.Selected it will always point to 1 record on the Form.

    It cannot display all info about records in the Gallery.

    If you want to update all records from the gallery filtered then you can use something like this:
    Create a button and add Patch formula as:

    //Note: Some name will be applied to all records, to change into dynamic, you have to code the logic as per your requirement.

    UpdateIf(
     Gallery2.AllItems,
     true,
     {
     Name: "Some name"
     }
    );

    Hope this helps

    OnSelect of button i need to compare if Title1 in gallery1 is matching to Title1 in gallery2 in any item of gallery2.

    if this is true then navigate(detail_form) of Title1, or if on button title2 - navigatedetailform title2

     else newform(form), navigate(editform), now my code, is making the comparing only in selected row in gallery2, therefor when i click on button, no matter if for title1,title2,title3 it still opens the detail_form  of selected row - now Title1 in gallery2.
