I am trying to save invoices received via Outlook to local desktop folder and rename the file on the basis of contents of the invoice. The issue is there are 20+ companies who send us invoices and all with different structures. My renaming convention is 'EII_INV_InvoiceNumber_PONumber_InvoiceDate.pdf'. Tried using Power automate for desktop as well as cloud version to perform this but experienced the following errors: -

1) Power Automate Desktop: In this way, I will have to create more than 500 different flows which is not feasible. What are the other options? Also, when I try to run it, I get the following error.

2) Power Automate Cloud: 2 errors. Sometimes AI builder is not able to extract the accurate information like the Invoice_Number from the invoice and gives an error when it is not able to understand the content. Second, there is no 'gateway' connection found.
