Pausing a flow

So i have a flow that emails me and a supplier when i update a file in a sharepoint folder. (Its a QR code for enrolling tablets)

When our MDM decide (for unknown reasons) to make a change to the MDM url download i need to update around 200 QR codes on file. So naturaly i dont want 200 emails being sent to my supplier and myself for i go the the flow and press Turn off.

And after i have finished updaing the files I go back and turn it on, BUT thats when the flood of emails come rolling in.

How do I make it so that it doesnt send emails when i turn the flow back on?

You might consider using the methodology that I used to prevent infinite loops - it will work in this situation and you don't need to disable the Flow.

Take a look and let me know if you have questions.
