Please see the suggested flow for the same

Code(copy and paste the below code into your desktop flow):

    SET WFnumber TO 20654
    SET filenameofattachment TO $'''Sample 1234914.xlsx'''
    SET IDAdd TO 1708.10297
    SET Downloadurl TO $'''https://testing.comdfere/wf3/Data/F750/%WFnumber%/%filenameofattachment%?%IDAdd%'''
Display.ShowMessageDialog.ShowMessage Title: $'''Alert''' Message: Downloadurl Icon: Display.Icon.None Buttons: Display.Buttons.OK DefaultButton: Display.DefaultButton.Button1 IsTopMost: False ButtonPressed=> ButtonPressed

Pls check and let me know in case of any queries.

    Thanks,

    Deenu

Hi @Deenuji  Thank you for the quick response.

Sorry for the lack info, I cannot do this one because the 2nd line item is a filename extracted from a webpage. It is set in one variable.

    @GPT2

That's the reason I proposed my solution in this manner.

    1. Establish a variable named WFnumber and set your order number as its value, for instance: 20654.

    2. Also, utilize another variable(which you already created one), already containing the filename extracted from a webpage, such as "filenameofattachment" with a specific value like Sample 1234914.xlsx.

    3. Introduce an additional variable, IDAdd, and assign it a value, for example: 1708.10297.

    4. Finally, create your last variable, "Downloadurl", and assign the provided code to it.

Note: Please ensure that you have trimmed your variable values to remove any leading or trailing spaces

In the value field, I specified this:

    https://testing.comdfere/wf3/Data/F750/%WFnumber%/%filenameofattachment%?%IDAdd%
