hello guys ı have questıon, I have a SharePoint list, the information will automatically appear in PowerApp.
How can I do it so that the admin person will look at the relevant problem and send it as approval or rejection to the person who will solve this problem?

There are a few options available.
If the "relevant" problem is a record in a SharePoint list with a field like "Assigned To" then you could display all problems in a Power App (model-driven view or canvas app gallery) and filter them based on "Assigned To" = current user.
Regarding approvals, these can be done with Power Automate flows.
This is a high-level overview so I suggest you research each option and build your solution step by step.
