How to add link to ticket details page when an auto email is sent

I have auto emails set up to be sent based on specific answers within a ticket. I am wondering how to format the body of the email adding the link directly to my ticket details page that shows all the information associated with that ticket. Allowing whoever gets the email to select the link and take them directly to the ticket details.

Current code is below:

Are you referring to internal users here and are you using SharePoint as a data source ?

@WarrenBelz My app is connected to a SharePoint List. The emails are being sent to internal users within my organization.

the ""*Email*@email.com"" is just an example. I use the actual email address in place of this.

The emails work and send however I am looking to format the subject and body.
