When a Time Off request is created, updated or deleted won't work on other groups/other users within my organization

I created an automated flow with the [When a Time Off request is created, updated or deleted] as the trigger. Testing it on a test group, with me as the admin, seems to work just fine. But when I created another flow for another group it only accepts the data from the user which connection I used (ex. my account connection = only accepts when I create the time off request; test account connection = only accepts time off request from that accounts end).

I already gave the power automate free license on the other accounts (thinking this is the issue) -- didn't work.

I also tried to create a copy of the flow then turned the original off and used the copy -- won't work.

Need help on how to fix this.
