I am new to Power Apps....
Created 2 Power Apps and when I tried to delete it, the attached error appears.
Please advise what this means and how do I delete.

Based on the issue that he posted @PowerAddict , is you are "Environment Maker" security role, then you will have not enough permission to delete model-driven app.
To check your permission in this environment, you could only contact this environment's admin or your talent's global admin. They have access to check your permission. If his permission is enough, he could also give you permission to delete the model-driven app.
