Hi,

My flow is triggered 'when an item is created' in sharepoint. However, the last two SP item creations never triggered the flow- why?

Regards,

Daniel

@danru Have you made some recent changes to your flow?

You might have to revalidate your connection, this can be done by going into your flow and trigger it manually once.

Try that and make some new registrations in your list.

    Hi @Heartholme

Thank you so much for your help with this. I checked the connections in the power automate interface and all the status's say connected (in my production environment).

The flow is in a managed solution so editing it will introduce an unmanaged layer which I don't want.

I tried to run the test button and manually created a list item but it hung too long before I navigated away.

I tried turning the flow off and on again but still nothing.

    Any other suggestions?

Thank you again for your help!

    Regards,

    Daniel

    Ah, understood @danru

It's always a bit tricky to get to the bottom of issues like this, but you could try the following:

Go to data and reapply your sharepoint connection, by deleting it and creating it again:

Or, you can see the full list of what MS advice here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/triggers-troubleshoot#verify-if-trigger-check-is-skipped

If none of these issues fixes your problem, I'd advise you to open a support ticket to MS.
