Help building a flow - transferring data from Forms to Lists for Likert Questions

Hi,

I'm building a flow to automate responses from a Form to a List which I am able to do expect for when there is a Likert Question.

So I have a Likert question that asks who is providing the equipment (statement) and 2 possible answers Client or Supplier.

I have 2 columns in my List - one for client and one for supplier. I would like the statements that are selected to be displayed in the column.

For example if someone selects Vehicle, Accommodation and Track Access for Client and Rope Access Equipment for Supplier it would display in the list as per image.

I'm a beginner with Power Automate.

    Hi @InspireJulie ,

Here's the way to do this and will get you up and running today!  If this reply was helpful, please mark as a solution to help others find it quickly!

Solved: likert into sharepoint list - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)

Do you have any flexibility to change the form to flip the scale? So that Client and Supplier are the Statements and then the Options are like "Welfare", "Vehicle", etc.? And since your option lists are long, so could you break it into two separate likert questions with smaller groups of options?

An alternative would be to have a SharePoint column for each one of the "Welfare", "Vehicle", etc. so the response Client or Supplier could go into each column.

These separate columns don't have to be visible, and we can still get them into your final "Attendences (Client)" and "Attendences (Supplier)" columns.

But it would make it easier to get the response reference without manually putting it into Power Automate.

Are you able to make a SharePoint column for each of the responses?

Thank you for replying. I did originally try having the statements as "Client" and "Supplier" however, on a Likert it only allows you to select one option whereas we need to be able to select more than one option.

Thank you, I've been following this answer but unsure what to put under the initialize variable tab?

Hi @trice602 , I've managed to follow the steps and get it working however the results in list are as per the image. I only what the items select pulled through rather than all of them. Is there a way to do this?
