User licenses

Hello, I've created a new user in my organization. I am not exactly sure which license it has. The user is able to create an app and share it with other people, but when i tried to share an app with him it is not working. I get the following error :

How to approach it, the user will be used only to create Power Apps / Power Auomate flows and i want the account to have minimal number of licenses assigned to it. I also want to change ownership of all existing flows/ apps to this user , what would be the best way to do it?

    Hey @Bartosz_Pers ,

if he is only going to be a Creator and not a user (which I'm assuming since you want to make him the owner of every app) you could look into the developer plan maybe it suits your need and it's free: About the Power Apps Developer Plan - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn.

Be aware that this solution is only valid if this account will not be an actual user of the application.

Otherwise you van always peek into the Licensing Guide of the power platofrm. There you can find out in which licenses Use of power platform is included (only for non-premium connectors) :

Licensing overview for Microsoft Power Platform - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn

Thanks for help. I have another question. If my app uses Outlook connector (sending email to user after succesfully doing something) i assume, that it needs the outlook account license to develop that app (i have currently an app developed with this feature and i see that i cannot start editing on that developer account)

Yes you need to give aces to everything that you want to use inside the app. at least while you are developing it.

So that means, if the app is already developed I can retrieve for example outlook license from the developer account and only user will need it (license)?

As long as you don't wont to change anything, you can use this account as Owner and only the users will need access to everything yes.
