compare column and create new excel without duplicate

hi everybody,

 

i have 2 excel sheets (mappe1 and mappe 2).

 

compare column A in "mappe 2" with column A in "mappe1", then create a new excel sheet with "ID" and "name". The newly created excel file should contain all information, but the duplicates should be removed. for example look at the screenshot.

    Do it in VBA and have the bot simply open the Macro Workbook and run the Macro.  It will be much simpler and faster.

    Hello,

    @SQL-Power you can also use a simple SQL query ('Execute SQL statement' action) to be applied to your Excel file, which would look like this: 

     

    SELECT ID, name
    FROM [Sheet1$]
    WHERE ID NOT IN (SELECT ID FROM [Sheet2$])

     

    supposing that your Excel sheet tabs are called Sheet1 and Sheet2.

    You will then simply need to add a new worksheet and write the above query's result therein.
