Using a List to fill Another.

Hello,

I have been trying to find a solution to this for the last 16hrs and am starting to go crazy. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

I have two separate lists, Sales leads & Projects.

I want to use specific columns within the Sales list (Company Name) (POC) to fill columns within my project list (projects come from the sales leads).

We have multiple entries for the same company (different Points of Contact, locations...Microsoft may be entered 10x with different Purchasing Managers for each entry)

Both Lists have company name columns. Our Sales list breaks the Purchase Managers information up into 4 categories (First Name, Last Name, phone & mobile).

I would like to be able to have the Company Name in 1 Column and all 4 categories of the Purchase Managers information into another column with my Project list.

I want to be able to select this information much like an email address (type a few letters then click the correct one). i.e. Click the correct company then Purchasing Managers specific to the company would be selectable and update the project list accordingly.

Please share thoughts / flows

    Matthy,

We found a workaround for this by adding a calculated column in 1 list and a lookup column in the other. Thank you for your reply
