Power Automate Pane Not Showing at all

I currently have 16 flows connected to my application. I have tried connecting a new flow to my application but the Power Automate pane is simply not displaying at all. I am unable to view any of my existing or new flows. (All of them have a PowerApps (V2) trigger).

I did notice that the classic Power Automate pane is under the "Retired" tab and might be the reason why it is no longer working.

Any advice would be appreciated!
