Please use this:-
Provider=MSOLEDBSQL;DataTypeCompatibility=80;Server={Server name};Database={DatabaseName};UID={DatabaseUsername};PWD={DatabasePassword};
And while mentioning remove {} and update the value what i was mentioned in brackets.
