Form item based on users email

Hi,

I am trying to setup a form so a user can save their preferences of the app.

I have a table tbuser with the fields email, defaultsite

If I want to update the record of the default site so built a dropdown box and submit button and connected the datasource, but how do I automatically bring the users email and match to the table I have to edit the record.

LookUp(tbuser.email, User().Email)

On Item property of the formwrite this:

LookUp(YourDataSource, Email = User().Email)
