network error notification in certain user

I would like to ask about this error in sharepoint which linked to flow in power automate. As shown in image below, i have sharepoint list that if i clicked the button in sharepoint list, it will run the certain flow from power automate. The condition below :

This flow has running for more than 30 days and for the estimated running flow from this sharepoint list is around 5000+ per month
The permission user for this flow is around 180 user, and this flow runs daily
This notification error is not shown in all user who have access for this flow, only certain user

would you please investigate this error since it will ruin the process for my office?
