I am trying to create a link to a specific form using a power app i created directly from sharepoint online.

I have set a parameter on the StartScreen to define my forms and links

Switch(Param("screenname"),
"main",Master,
"content",'Content Screen',
"task2",task)

As i didn't create this app directyl in power apps but insted customised my form directly from sharepoint, i cannot use the link method outlined here by Reza.

I've tried https://MYSHAREPOINTLIST.com/sites/Engineering/Lists/Engineering/DispForm.aspx?ID=29&screenname=content but no luck

Can anyone give me guidance on how i can link a sharepoint custom power app form using to a specific form?

I would like to use the deep link feature within Power Apps to allow users to link to specific forms under different scenarios from a power app i have build using a sharepont list.

To build the app i have naviageted to My SharePoint list > Integrate > Power Apps > Customize form so i cannot find a way to get the app link used in this example

I have set up the following on the App > Start Screen

Do you want to create a deep link navigate to customize form from SharePoint?
The syntax of deep link:
https://apps.powerapps.com/play/{App ID}?{Query}
How to get the App ID of customize form?
And then you can get the link like:
