Flow to trigger only once per hour

Hi All, I'll do my best to explain my question.

We have a flow set up on the 'when an item is created/modified' trigger, which sends out an email each time an item is added to the list or changed with a link back to the list. Sometimes 5/6 items can be changed at once and this means 5/6 emails will be sent when one would be enough.

My question is, is it possible to set up the flow so that it runs the first time it is triggered, but then won't run again for an hour say even if the flow is triggered again?

I hope that makes sense and someone is able to help.

The easiest way to do this would be to take the existing flow and convert it to a recurrence trigger so the flow runs once every hour. It would then retrieve any documents created or modified in the last hour and send the email. If no documents meet the criteria it does nothing.

There really is no way to tell the existing flow to only run once an hour.

Thanks for the reply @Pstork1 , good to know there's not a way to do it and I've just missed something and thanks for the suggestion.
