Loop through an excel sheet of alias, assigning ADO tickets

I have a list of tickets in ADO, that need to be evenly divided among a set of users. I have an ADO query with the tickets that I've pulled into Power Automate, and an excel sheet with a list of the aliases of users to divide the tickets among. How can I loop through and evenly assign the tickets using the flow?

Is it too late to change the excel sheet for a SharePoint list, @power3? I feel that it would be a better home for this data.

Also, is the dividing not specific to particular employees? Basically I mean, are you simply dividing the number of tickets between the number of users available?

I can definitely switch to a SharePoint list if that would make things easier!

The dividing of tickets doesn't need to be specific to any particular employees. That is to say, if there were 300 tickets, and 6 employees, they could each be assigned 50, and it wouldn't matter which 50 they were assigned, just that they were assigned an equal number.
