ReportI am not very familiar with Power Apps at all so I need some serious help. I created a SharePoint list for a deliverable checklist and would like for some of the fields to auto-populate based on dropdown selections. For example: For each new entry, when someone chooses a deliverable from the dropdown in the deliverable column, I want the deployment gate column to auto-populate that filed value with the gate option and the responsible column to auto-populate that field with the group that is responsible. So far I have 3 columns.
Column1 - Deliverable (dropdown of 20 different options that could have the same deployment gate and owners)
Column2 - Deployment gate : STAGE or PROD (can be dropdown options or single line text)
Column3 - Responsible (dropdown of 5-10 different options for owners)
If Column1= Architecture diagram, then
Column2 auto-populates STAGE
Column3 auto-populates Dev Architecture
If Column1= BCPDR Test, then
Column2 auto-populates PROD
Column3 auto-populates Ops Support
If Column1= Roadmap, then
Column2=STAGE
Column3= Product Management
Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Please also list exactly which field and or areas in where this should be done in Power Apps.
