Hello,

Is it possible to make dynamic changes in a Canvas or model-driven App (e.g. if I provide certain information through the app, is it possible to also change these information in the app itself so it is being adjusted in for instance PowerBI)?

If I understand your question, you want to know if entering data could reflect in PowerBi.
If that is the issue, then yes. The datasource that is connected to powerapps could be connected to PowerBi such that when you enter data in powerapps it will show in in your powerbi

Thank you for the fast response. I was wondering if it is also possible to adjust those entries. So if I created an app and someone enters information in the app, is it possible that they change those information in the app later on and that this automatically changes in PowerBI as well?

Yes. You can do that.
If your form is example Form1, insert a button and OnSelect of the button put:
EditForm (Form1)
When you click on the button, it changes the Form mode to edit. You can then edit or make changes on the form and save back to the database.

After saving, it Will reflect Database and definitely your powerbi

Without a form, you can also use Patch and other functions to update or make changes in your database
