Filter Sharepoint multiple columns with Combobox value

I have a sharepoint List with 3 columns (Columns my increase in future) as Column1, Column2 & Column3 and one Combobox1.

If I have select Column1 from Combobox1 SharePoint data to be displayed with out blanks in Gallery.

Request you help me to achieve my requirement.

Note this is not Delegable - just replace the column name for the other two

Distinct( Filter( SPListName, !IsBlank(Column1) ), Column1 ).Result

I have one Combobox contains Column1, Column2 & Column3 and one Gallery Data to be presented in Gallery based on Combobox selection.

Sorry I do not understand one Combobox contains Column1, Column2 & Column3 - what do you want to see in the combo box and the gallery? A combo box can only have two columns in the selections.

I will explain my requirement as follows
I have 4 Process like Process1, Process2, Process3 & Process4
Need to display Name of the operators List process wise in Gallery1.
If I have selected Process1 from Combobox1, Process1 operators List to be displayed in Gallery1 or If I have selected Process2 from combobox1, Process2 operators List to be displayed in Gallery1 as similar for Process3 and Process4
