31I need to design a canvas power app for Helpdesk that a Helpdesk technician can use when they start a call. The application should work in below steps:
Step 1- The application launches with the technician work account.
Step 2- When the tech starts a call, they press the start button that tracks the exact time and date.
Step 3- When the call is over the technician presses the end button to record the end time.
Step 4- The time duration spent on that call should get calculated.
