Post adaptive card to Teams with a table with a dynamic number of rows

Hi!

I need to post an Adaptive Card to MS Teams with a table with a dynamic number of rows. The data will come from an Excel table stored on SharePoint and its size (number of rows) will change.

The end goal is: Whenever the flow is run, Power Automate should import the Excel Table, "load it" to the adaptive card and post it in MS Teams.

Is this possible?

Note: I'm a newbie in Adaptive Cards so the more details the better. Appreciate your help!

You can check out my blog post here for the way I did the multiple rows/items for an adaptive card in Outlook: https://www.bythedevs.com/post/multi-line-approvals-with-adaptive-cards-outlook-and-power-automate

The similar can be done for Teams as well. If you are trying to provide a functionality for users to select multiple items, you need to create the choices array as in the blog post and pass it in the JSON.

In my case is not an approval adaptive card, it is just to provide information.

The data will come from an Excel table with a different number of rows each day. I just need to display the data from Excel within the card.

This blog example looks exactly what I want to propose for my organization. Currently we use a tedious mass-recipient daily report with multiple managers responsible for several different lines. Hoping I can use what you posted to adapt a solution to simplify things.

Could you please create a post with steps on how to achive this using Teams?

I am looking for solution for the following scenario using Sharepoint List + Team Adaptive Cards:

1. Multiple items are added in Sharepoint List in last 15 minutes e.g. 5
2. Power Automate flow will trigger gets 5 items from sharepoint list, sends 5 adpative card to teams group chat.
3. Based on the response selected each adaptive card each respective sharepoint list item should be updated.

I am aware that the adpative card waits for the response, but is there a way we can group those 5 in one table format and show only 1 adpative card and have 5 response/dropdown fields and submit all at once and based on each items selected it should update the respective sharepoint list

Below is the kind of adpative card to be posted in Teams every 15 minutes. Only the column "Assign a Person" will be value User will choose, rest all fields are populated from Sharepoint list. Based on the people user choose from the dropdown in each row it should update the respective sharepoint list.
