Scenario 1: Standard Connectors (e.g., Majority cases SharePoint Connectors would be used)
User with Power App Per User Plan creates an app and give access to end users with M365 E5, where app only has Standard Connectors:
Will the end users with M365 E5 license be able to access the app when granted access to the app? Y/N
If Yes, API calls made by end users with M365 E5 would get counted from end users 2K limit or from the
Makers/Creator Power App Per User Plan 5k limit?
If No, do we need to have end users either on Power App Per User Plan or Power App Per App Plan
