I'm struggling to create the else_value of an IF statement that would populate the Items of a dropdown.
I've tried many form's of the else_value filter but it still demand's a text data type while telling me its text data type. I thought making it distinct and calling out the ImageName column that I would like to be the selections of the dropdown, but that did not solve it.
I believe the issue is that the else_value is an embedded function within two others functions, because if you place "Distinct(Filter(PERImageStorage, Focus = Dropdown1_1.Selected.Step), ImageName)" alone in a dropdown as its Item's, the function works correctly. How do I embed this function as the else_value in this IF statement?

If(IsBlank(Filter(PERImageStorage, Focus = Dropdown1.Selected.Result)), Label1.Text, Distinct(Filter(PERImageStorage, Focus = Dropdown1_1.Selected.Step), ImageName))
